- Everyday Mamas electronic design (“e-design”) services are online decorating consultation services only. All recommendations are regarded as suggestions to improve the look of your space and not intended for construction purposes.
- Client agrees to provide full information regarding the Client’s requirements for the project via the Questionnaire Form which will be provided upon purchase of design service.
- Everyday Mamas will perform services as quickly as is consistent with professional skill, care and the orderly progress of the e-Design project.
- Client agrees to correspond strictly through online communication, unless other arrangements are made with the Everyday Mamas Design Team.
- Everyday Mamas will not be responsible for the means, methods or procedures of construction, fabrication, delivery & installation, or safety precautions in connection with the e-design project; for the acts or omissions of the contractor or any, subcontractor, supplier or other person performing the work on the e-design project; or, for any failure of them to meet any schedules or completion dates.
- Everyday Mamas cannot be held responsible for arranging repairs, replacement or freight claims for purchases made in conjunction with recommendations for the e-Design project.
- Due to the nature of e-design services, the client is expected to pay in full before the project is completed. If you are dissatisfied with your product we would like to speak with you and will refund 100% of the purchase where appropriate.
- Everyday Mamas retains the right to use photos submitted by Client for marketing promotional purposes.
