“My main challenge as a new mom was facing anxiety. Never in my life have I been an anxious person. I’ve always thought of myself as super easy-going. But as soon as my son was born I was literally crippled with anxiety. I found myself unable to move, think, and act, because I was SO worried about his sleep. Fortunately I was able to pick myself up, search for answers, and even started my own business helping other moms figure out their baby’s sleep. Knowing someone’s whole existence depends on you can be terrifying, but knowing that their love for you is so sincere is SO rewarding. Being able to love someone so unconditionally every single day, and finding strength and selflessness where I didn’t know it existed, is life changing.”
