As more and more people ditch the all-white craze, a color that’s stealing the show in homes everywhere: deep navy blue. This is one color that I feel like just always looks SO GOOD in a home.

There’s something so grounding about this hue that draws you in, whether it’s on furniture like a cozy couch, chic chair, or even in the form of throw pillows or wallpaper…it stands the test of time, always feeling classic and timeless.

Fun Fact: Did you know…research has shown that people are more productive and creative when working in blue rooms. So if your home office is in need of a revamp this may be a good color to keep on your radar.😉

I’ve rounded up a few of my favorite navy accents, paint colors and wall colors.

Paint Colors:

A navy paint color can quickly elevate any room. When it comes to picking the perfect navy paint color, there are so many shades to play with, from soft and muted tones to more intense and bold ones. You might want to try a few sample swatches to see which one clicks with your style and lighting ( I use Samplize peel and stick samples for trying out paint). Here are a few of my favorites:

Wallpaper

And hey, if you’re feeling a bit more adventurous, why not explore some navy wallpapers? They come in all sorts of designs, from beautiful florals to classic stripe and trellis patterns. Below are a few of my favorites:

Home Decor

Incorporating navy into your home doesn’t require a complete overhaul of your existing decor. You can selectively introduce navy accents to create a sophisticated and balanced aesthetic by strategically placing navy throw pillows on a neutral-toned couch to add depth and contrast to your living room.

Or, consider incorporating a navy area rug with intricate patterns that highlight the color’s richness while tying the room together. These types of subtle additions can provide a lot of warmth and character to a space.

5 // Swivel Chair (similar, here)

6 // Botanical Prints

So there you have it! Navy is THE color to embrace if you want a home that feels cozy and timeless. Start adding those navy touches, and you’ll see how it transforms your space.
